Michael Jordan Tips On How To Jump Higher And Dunk A Basketball
The GREATEST basketball player ever in the NBA history gave some tips about how to jump higher and dunk a basketball. From my point of view, not so much tips we can get to use from here. First of all, what he said is true. Most basketball players know how to dunk because they work hard and try to jump all times, either by playing a lot of basketball games or trying to jump. With that being said, I think it comes down to 2 factors: Genetics and Techniques.
With Michael, it’s alot to do with genetics (not to mention he’s 6’6), not even in his strength alone, but also in his mentality toughness about the game. I’m not saying he didn’t have to train hard to learn how to dunk a basketball, he worked very hard to get to that level that we all saw. However, when you don’t have that same genetics and even shorter, then you have to rely on the TECHNIQUES.
I myself definitely didn’t inherit those Genetics like Michael or many black men do. I’ve been riding bicycles since I was 10 to school everyday. It’s not a long distance ride though, maybe like 5 miles … plus 3 long bridges but I couldn’t be able to figure out how to dunk a basketball until over a year ago. I’ve tried lots of time to jump as high as I can but still, the most I can get is a touch of the rim (not holding or hanging). It was only in my dreams that I could someday, somehow I could dunk a basketball in front of the amazing eyes of my friends.
Well … not long ago I met a guy in the court name Michael Jin, he’s a 5’6 Asian guy. We was in a pick up game when he stole the ball, ran down the court and dunk it with ease. The amazing thing is that he kept doing it over and over again. I was stunned. I’ve always seen black guys do it…but an Asian guy? I gotta talk to him after the game and find out part of his secrets. He told me he was doing some Plyometrics exercises through a program called Jump Manual. I didn’t know what he was talking about but kept that in mind.
I went online and check on the information about Plyometrics and how to dunk a basketball with the Jump Manual. I read through all the information about Plyometrics and testimonials as well as reviews about this products. I was a bit skeptical about it and what it can do to improve my jumping ability. However, I did saw Michael Jin dunked with my own eyes so I decided to give it a shot. Since I’ve tried my whole life learning how to dunk a basketball, it’s not too bad to spend $67 a give it a shot since I can get a 60 days money back guarantee anyway. Why not?
It was the best decision that I’ve made in my whole basketball life. In just 1.5 months time, I can manage to jump and grab the rim with both hands and off 2 foot as well. However, I didn’t get to figure out how to dunk a basketball just yet. There is a section that works on your ball palming and getting use to the air time activities. I also lost a lot of fat during this training program and that’s probably the number 1 reason why I can jump a lot higher than before.
In just 2.5 months, I made my first dunk ever in my life on a 12 foot rim. It was an incredible feeling that I will never forget. I was a weak dunk though but I’ve improve a lot since then. What I’m trying to say is that I managed to learn how to dunk a basketball with the Jump Manual program and maybe you can too. I DON’T want you to take my word for it because you need to try it for yourself. I also want to say this program requires hard work and dedication. If you can’t handle it, then it’s not for you.
I don’t want to talk to much about it, all the information you need to know is on the Jump Manual official site.

"What I was most surprised about the training program was how little time it took each day to get those kind of results. 2 weeks after doing the training I was jumping higher. I was quicker and dunking easily. My training will never be the same and I would recommend without hesitation to all my team mates. Thanks again." - Stephen W, Canada
"I'm 19 years old and i've been playing basketball all my life. When I was eighteen I reached a plateau on my vertical jump, no matter how much I trained or all the exercises my coaches gave me, I couldnt go an inch higher. I was stuck at a 32 inch vertical. After reading your program and doing the exercises for just two weeks I've increased my jump 5" already, your approach to vertical jump training has already given me a great advantage and I hope it will continue doing the same.
"Hey i just wanted to say thanks for your program its helped alot I've gained 7 inches in my vertical and 5 in my first month and i dunked for the first time. and now i can grab the rim the two hands i just need a couple more inches to dunk consistently. your program has been great thanks. ." - Coleman
