    This program is very real, and I’m the living proof. I haven’t tried any other programs but I know for sure that the Jump Manual has saved me so much time and money. I used to believe that jumping high has something to do with genetic because I’m a 5 foot 7 white male and have never reach the vertical height that allows me to dunk. Even so, this Jump Manual program provides one of the best training techniques and dieting routines I’ve ever seen. All you need to do is follow it and train harder than before.

    I want to tell anyone who still hesitate to try this program to stop doubting and give it a real shot. You won’t be disappointed. I tried the Jump Manual program about 3 months ago and that was the best decision I’ve made. Seriously, don’t waste your time and energy training the wrong way like I did.     If you follow all the instruction in the Jump Manual ebook and videos, you can easily achieve this strength. However, this will depend greatly on how good are you already. If you are getting close to 35-38 inches vertical leap already, it will take longer for you to get another 10 inches.

    On the other hand, beginners will experience a great gain in muscle strength and vertical leap in just 4 short weeks. The problem is that you have to put in work and eat the right food in order to make these certain changes. Jacob Hiller is a pro trainer who has train pro athletes to jump higher in many Olympic games before.

    The jump manual was a great program I used to help me dunk faster. It is not like any other program I’ve seen before. The price is so good that it is hard for almost anybody to past. Now I realized that I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars trying to get a personal trainer and not having as good results as this.
