I’ve tried the Jump Manual and it is actually really good if not the best program out there. If you can afford it, you will not be disappointed. I like the way Jacob explains the course and it is pretty easy to follow.

I agree, I think that the Jump Manual is absolutely the best, and the best price. The Double Your Vertical Jump is a great program and it works very well, but it’s just too expensive for what it is.
This is a great review regarding what each vertical jump programs can offer and what cannot. The Jump Manual combines every aspect of vertical explosion training into one simple and comprehensive guide. Other programs don’t give you complete training method which in return miss out some of the information that can contribute to an effective vertical jump.
All in all, it is a great program and what is most importantly, it delivered RESULTS. YES, if you don’t believe me, you have to try it for yourself. I’m 5.9 and have never dunked a basketball once in my life. Now … it is a completely different story. Basketball has become more interesting for me to play. LOVE IT.
