    My cousin recommended me this jumping program and it definitely working for me. I can see the difference in my jumping ability as well as speed as quickness. I’ve only been using this for 5 weeks and hoping will add more hops in the next couple. I can start dunking already but not much power, hopefully by the end of the program, I can impress my teammates with a more complete dunk.

    Amazinggg! It’s only 4 weeks I can now touch the rim with both hands. I’m in the process of learning how to palm the ball and dunk it.     I’m pretty hard when judging about anything especially if I really have to take a look into it. I tried the program for 8 DAYS and I will not say it is a miracle pill. What I’m gonna say is I have improve almost clearly as now I could easily grab the rim without trying so hard. The next step is trying to dunk now … wooo … I’m really excited about this.
